Can someone please help me out here because I really don’t know what to do anymore.
My partner asked me if i would be able to keep his dog and his little sisters dog at my house because he can no longer keep them at his mums due to personal reasons, I said yes as long as he did his fair share in looking after them, these dogs are not little dogs ether, and I already have a Chihuahua so I now have 3 dogs in my house, but he dose nothing to help me with them at all it’s all left to me, I get that he works but there not my dogs, I also have a autistic 4 year old and a 5 month old baby to look after, he said if I kept them at mine he would tell his work that he couldn’t do the early start as he has no way of getting to work unless he stays at his mums which leaves me in the house on my own with both kids and all 3 dogs, and his 2 dogs do not listen to me at all they chew things they bark at every little thing, I get dogs bark but when I’m trying to get the kids to sleep it’s not fair, he said he would stop doing the early starts so he could help me with the dogs and kids but he dose them twice a week. I don’t know how to tell him that I’m getting fed up of doing everything for his dogs and not being able to do anything because I have to get back to sort them out because they will have chewed things. Don’t get me wrong they are lovely dogs but they are driving me mad and he’s not really helping me with them at all, I have to pay for there food, walk them when I can which I can’t really do because I have back problems and they really pull on the lead and hurt my back even more. What can I do, sending them back to his mums is out of the question, and I don’t want to start a argument over them but I don’t know how to approach the subject without him getting annoyed over it.
