How do you know if your waters are leaking!?

Since last night I’ve been feeling slightly damp and some wet patches in underwear.

I’ve had discharge all the way through and it’s been jelly like.
This is just watery and has dried offish white in colour. At the time I didn’t think of putting a pad on (Overnight) didn’t think it could be my waters but it’s been playing on me and I thought I would ask if anyone has been through this before i over react and panic.

I have the feeling of constantly needing to pee but when I go it’s just like a trickle.
I’ve had some pain in lower belly all across.
I’m 25+3 weeks.

Please no bashing, I’m slightly worried this is my second baby and had nothing like this with my first.
