3 weeks ago my sons tonsils was red swollen hr also had a cough took 2 go said yea the are red swollen but because no white spots its not infected tonsilitus

Well 3 weeks on hia tonsils are still larged lot bigger then normal just not red
Redness went down after days few

As anyone else’s tonsils randomly enlarged
Not sure do i take him to docs or what ? ( always feel like i wasting the time )
He seems 2 breath heavy n snore during night since tonsils have got enlarged
Since birth he had trouble with His ears since births leading 2 two lots of grommets
