Can you please post a help post as I’m lost what to do
I’ve been suffering now for 3 years with cystitis on a monthly basis sometimes I can go a little longer than a month without it, but there’s blood in my urine I’ve been to the docs, and asked for further checks, they sent my urine off and said it came back fine apart from the cystitis so nothing more they can do, is any one on here a sufferer I just need relief from it I always need antibiotics to get rid of it nothing else works!

Yes I used to suffer with it ever single day for about 2 years! Then went on the pill and haven’t had it since (touch wood) the doctors said my body needed a certain hormone that’s in the pill xx
Pro biotic pills and cranberry tablets daily! Cut down on the caffeine a lot too 🙂
