Can you please post privately?

I’m after some advice please. My 20 month old has gone from a lovely, chatty, self settling angel to a screaming devil! All she does is cry and scream at everything, and I mean SCREAM. Like a high pitched screaming for hours at a time. Now I know toddlers can be difficult and I was used to dealing with a quick tantrum but last night she screamed from midnight until 2. And then was up every hour screaming. If I went into her it made it worse. I suggested a nap to her at quarter to ten this morning because shes absolutely shattered and she walked around screaming for 15 minutes while I dealt with baby and put baby down for a nap, then I gave her a big cuddle and put her in her cot and walked out like I always do. She is still screaming blue murder. This has been going on for just over a week now and I can’t cope. I haven’t got the patience for it, I’m ashamed to say I’ve even screamed back at her a few times (which I know is wrong) but I’m at my wits end. If you ignore her, or try to settle her it’s the same result, it’s so frustrating! What do I do? It’s taking so long for her to go to sleep that I can’t do anything in the day so we’re just stuck in! I’m going insane. And she keeps waking baby up so nobodies getting any bloody rest.
