My kids go to their dads every other weekend, my problem is my kids come back in the same clothes they went in. Don’t get baths don’t brush their teeth they smell bad from chip pan smells His house isn’t the best although he has been made to clean up by a one point worker and have regular check ups. He doesn’t pay any money towards the kids and is more than happy for another man (my partner of 6 year) to provide with out guilt and in his eyes he is doing no wrong. He is emotionally manipulative and very self centred and if I do say he can’t see them for this reason he threatens to kill him self or blames me for his drinking and even tho I don’t care it’s a heavy guilt to bear. I have tried sending clothes, toothbrushes but that obviously doesn’t work if he doesn’t have toothpaste and he is now claiming he has no money to give them what they need
My question is… at what point do you say enough is enough? I’ve tried everything to keep the kids in his life but he doesn’t see this and I’m now at a point that I don’t know what’s right or wrong anymore

Can you reply on my post. He doesn’t have a drinking problem he uses it as an excuse when things don’t go his way
I would have over night visits stopped ….no bathing or changing of clothes and possibly not eating or eating very little is too much and children shouldn’t be put through that regardless of what he says he will do to himself
Courts and cafcass are crap . I stopped my girls sleeping over as they were being made to sleep on the floor with 3 other people in the same bedroom and its very small. The judge and cafcass told me i was being petty and its perfectly acceptable. Could not believe what i was told even though my kids hate sleeping there and eldest is getting upset and having back problems. They really dont care
