I have a question to ask everyone. If you have custody handover at a public place, eg hungry jacks, and dad isn’t showing up to collect the kids, but you have been, and have receipts to prove you were there… what would happen in court if the dad claims he was there? His only proof being someone else claiming to be witness to him being there?
