Co sleeping issue! !

My little girl is 10 months old and she was in her own cot up till 7 months old. She then got a fever and was unwell for 3 weeks and would only settle with us and she hasn’t left our bed since. How do I get her to go back, I have tried controlled crying and she will not give in (spent 6 hours constant crying with me comforting her every 10min)

Any help would be amazing x
