Hi I’m just wondering if anyone knows anything about low iron in pregnancy, im 36 weeks pregnant and hb has gone from 103 to 86 in like 4 weeks, I’ve just had another set of bloods done 2 weeks after the last, what will happen if it has dropped again? I’m really panicking
