Could I get a pp please!

So my boys 11 months old and the health visitor said to start giving him cows milk but I’m not sure On the best way to do it?…. shall I just put him straight onto cows milk or give him some
Bottles of cows milk and formula milk?…
he only has milk at nap time and bed bed time!
Any advise would be great! Thank you! 😊 x
