Could I get a ppp?
My baby is just over 2 weeks old. I split with the father when I was 4 months pregnant as he was still in a relationship with his other child’s mother for the whole of our relationship. When we split he suggested I got an abortion to make his life easier. Since then he has told me 3 times to keep the baby to myself and has no offered anything for the baby. We also argued a lot about how much access he should have as he wanted to have the baby 3 nights a week and I said we need to build up to him having that much as he was so small etc. I have since asked him to pay towards his baby and he has said when he has the baby more we can talk about money. He has had the baby 2 evenings and 2 whole Saturdays since he has been born. He is now claiming he doesn’t know if the baby is his. My family and friends are telling me to stop contact as he may not be caring for the baby in the right manner in case the baby isn’t his. What would other people do? I am aware that he quite often says things like this to get a certain reaction from me but he has said many times he will get a dna test done and I have had enough of it all.

Tell him to get a dna done then… if he thinks it’s not his y is he haveing the baby!!! I would stop contact till a dna is done… then wen it comes bk it’s his start sorting out wot he needs to pay etc!!
Tell him to get a dna test done then when he has contact csa you’ll probably find he’s not willing to fork out for the test anyway x
Contact child maintenence. He will have to pay until he does a dna test to prove the baby isn’t his.
