Could I get a private post please.

I think I’m suffering from anxiety as I’m not my usual self. A few things have happened in the 15 months since I’ve had my child. I lost my father a few days after I gave birth, me and baby’s dad split, I got my own house (I was living with my mum after the split) all of this has got on top of me and that’s why I think I’m suffering from anxiety. When baby goes with dad (twice a week) i find myself drinking to block out not having my child and then the next day I feel worse and on and on it goes. I know I can’t drink everytime I haven’t got my child (I don’t drink when baby’s with me) I’m just hoping that it’ll get easier over time and I won’t miss him as much and just enjoy the time I have free. How can I occupy myself and does it get easier? Sorry for the long post. Had to get this off my chest. Thanks.
