Could I have a post please I had stomach pain Sunday and woke up yesterday morning feeling okay just tired now since about 7 this evening I have pain in my lower right back I’ve took some pain killers now after finding them and it’s eased a little bit I will be going to the walk in centre in the morning just wanted peoples opinions on what it could be please
