Could I have a post please. I have 2 kids to the same person but he had never had anything to do with them. He is on my oldests birth certificate but not my youngest. My current partner has brought them up for the last 2 and a half years and last night dropped the bombshell that he wants to adopt them. I’m so lucky that I found someone that loves my kids like his own but I don’t know if we would be able to do it as my ex would never give permission even though he has only seen my oldest once and has never seen my youngest. Advice please
