Could I have a post please? I’m after some advice on how other parents introduced cows milk to there children? My daughter will be 1 in a few weeks so I’ve decided I’ll start introducing cows milk.
She’s had small spoonfuls if we’ve had cereal etc and tonight I’ve mixed cows milk in a bottle with her usual milk before bed (4ounces of cows milk and 2 of her usual) and she’s finished the bottle, but if I give her a few ounces of just cows milk in a bottle, she has a mouthful then chucks the bottle, even if it’s heated up.
I’m a first time mum and I barely hear from my health visitor, and I was going to wait until she had her 1 year check up but I just wanted other ideas from people to try etc.
