Could I have a post please, my ex isn’t allowed any contact with our son due to DV he’s 5 month old & his dad isn’t in his birth certificate my question is would he have to go on his birth certificate to have supervised contact

I don’t think he needs to be on the birth certificate but they won’t set up access of any kind unless he requests and pays for it as dv involved x
