Could I have a post please?

Looking for opinions on how you would act in this situation and how you can help a friend in this situation.

My friend has sadly been told she only has about a year to try and conceive a due to a lot of problems with her uterus/ovaries etc, otherwise she’s more than likely not going to be able to afterwards… She is DESPERATE to have a child, her partner knows this… She’s spoken to him about it all and he’s basically said he doesn’t want a child…
He has never brought this up with her before, otherwise she wouldn’t have asked him to try for one. So now she doesn’t know how to feel. She feels as though she has to pick between having a child or her partner and giving up either one is going to break her 😕

  • I know not ‘your own’ baby, but would adoption be an option in the future? I know a few children and adults who are adopted, they are eternally grateful to their parents and are loved the same as a biological child. My daughters grandparents took us on when I was pregnant, no family around. It’s like they’ve always been in my life and they don’t love us any less than there bio children and grandchildren. Helps my daughter to feel extra loved, because we were chosen x
