Whats day 1 of your cycle is it when you start bleeding brown blood or do you wait until its full flow red blood?
Started bleeding brown blood yesterday about 11am , and its taken till now (7pm) for it to become full flow? Do i count yesterday, today or tomorrow day 1 of this cycle??

Personally I would count from yesterday as that was when you started to bleed. Others may do differently though
