Could i have a ppp. My 9 year old son goes to a small special school as hes autistic & has a few other problems. They are going to The Christmas Market at Birmingham next Friday & i’m petrified about him going incase something happens there. I know the security is really high but i really am scared about him going. He will have his own teacher with him as all 14 children there have their own teacher for constant one to one care plus all the other teachers will be going aswell. Theres normally at least two staff per child when they go out. What are other parents feelings about their children going into the big cities for days out over xmas? We took him to Manchester last Christmas for 3 nights & went to Winter Wonderland, Sealife Centre & Lego Discovery. He really wants to go to Manchester & do all those things again this Christmas but i feel really nervous about taking him this year after the bomb at Manchester Arena. How would you feel about your child been taken to Birmingham with school next week? Obviously i dont want him to miss out but his safety is the most important thing.
