Could I have a PPP?

I’m just looking for and advice from fellow mums as my little boy is three months old now and i spend all day and most of the night holding him as he likes to sleep in my arms. I put him down during the day but he gets back up fairly quickly upset! Obviously when he’s awake and active I put him in his swing etc or have tummy time for a while and has plenty of interaction with mum, dad and big sister. My health visitor keeps nagging at me that I’m in the wrong for not teaching him to settle himself and that I’m not doing him any good by cuddling him all day for his naps! Surely I’m not a bad mum for letting him get his sleep when he’s needing it? He will go down for the night at 11pm and stay asleep himself till 5/6am without needing to wake. I thought I was doing ok? What do other mums think?
