Could I have a private post please as my ex has his spies on me.

Basically my little girls dad is a completely waste of space, 7 kids which he doesn’t see (I didn’t no about them when I was with him)

Anyway… His just texted me after not seeing her for 6 weeks saying “can I have a passport photo of Our daughter as getting her a swimming Pass & need id. I said I don’t have any & that he’d have to get his own. When he does have her he only has her for about 22 hours. But I am so scared he would get a passport & just take her away. No court orders are in place as he withdrew his application, & I can’t afford to take him to court for full custody but she does live with me & he hasn’t seen her for 6 weeks. She’s only just 2 she can’t swim & he won’t tell me where he lives. I’m at my whits end every time she goes to his. And as much as I no she’s better off without him I don’t want her resenting me so I’d rather her grow up me picking up the peices but at least she can make the decision on her own. I don’t want to take that choice of knowing her dad away from her even if it would be for the best.
Anyway my question is can he get a passport and take her out the country without my permission. I have got a passport for her so I’m guessing she wouldn’t be allowed to have to passports?
