Could I have a private post please
– Can someone please reassure me that I’m not going crazy. My little one will be 5 months soon and I feel extremely attached…almost to attached. If a family member holds her for longer than 5 minuets I start to feel irritated and just want her back. I can’t see myself leaving her until she starts play school. I live with my partner (her dad) and he often looks after her whilst I go for a bath, but I just can’t relax! I have to get out after 5/10 minuets just because I miss her.
Obviously I love her to pieces and that’s why I love being with her all the time, but I just don’t enjoy the fact that my anxiety rockets as soon as she’s not by my side for 5 minuets?
