Could I have a private post please.

So this week we have found out that my partner has ‘BPD’ we have always known there was something up with his personality/mental health but have not known what untill recently.

So over this week he is trying to come to terms with it all and we think it has stemed from his upbringing and what he saw and what happened in his childhood.

He has been pretty bad with it this week so has had to call in sick at work yesterday and has just called in to say he can’t do the night shift tonight witch has resulted in one of the managers telling him that it isn’t good enough and basically he needs to go into work it doesnt matter why he can’t come in baring in mind he has tried to talk to this lady before but now she is turning on him, she has been trying to get him out since he started the job and he ended up shouting at her and telling her to fuck the job and send him his p45 in the post due to the way she was with him on the phone telling him that personal reasons isn’t a good enough reason now he hasn’t felt comfortable telling any one else at work but this lady, the Mr that own the business last month had a word with my partner telling him that he could potentially be promoted to manager by the end of the year and since this she has been off with my partner even more it’s like she feels threatened or something when him been promoted wouldn’t effect her job.

Not obviously I am worrying about money etc as his money pays the rent and c/tax and what will happen now has he actually lost his job etc.

He hasn’t stopped talking for the past 3 days due to trying to come to terms with it all so I havnt slept much at all for the past 3 night’s witch him keeping me up witch has now lead to me been moody today and me thinking I can’t cope with this but I would never leave him to deal with it on his own as I’m all he has because his mother and father arnt up to much as they won’t accept that his child good is more than likely why he is like he is.

I am wanting to know of any of you suffer with BPD or do you know any one who does? How do they manage It? How do you cope when they have bad episodes? .
