Could I please have a private post?
Could I apply for a residency order of my child without my ex knowing? We split 8 months ago,he’s very controlling and the split was very nasty,he sees our child regularly,I’ve always let him choose the days and times that suit him best but he’s saying things lately not only to me but to our child which makes me worry that he might not bring our child back one day soon. I’ve always been main carer,I’m self employed with flexible hours to work around my child where as he works long days so wouldn’t even be able to do either school run. This might sound petty but it’s constantly on my mind and keeping me awake at night,it’s making me sick with worry
