Could you please post privately? X

Hi ladies. I just want to ask for advice.
Basically, every time I have sex with my partner I bleed afterwards. I had my baby 1 year and 5 months ago (not really a baby anymore but still my baby lol), and I’m on the injection as contraception so its nothing to do with pregnancy or anything. I have done tests. But every time I have sex I bleed. I’ve been checked for sti’s just because I was scared and it made me paranoid but all negative. I’m just worried? It’s not straight after sex, it’s normally the morning after and it’s an all day bleed and then just stops. We don’t have rough sex or anything so I don’t think it would be irritating my cervix or any part in downstairs area. I normally get really bad cramps along with the bleeding. It’s not a period either as I still get my normal periods. Thanks xx

  • Oh and please reply to that post. I’ve been to hospital to have an internal scan and nothing was there but I’m confused as to why I always bleed and they were unable to pick anything up? X And they refuse to give me a smear test

  • The injection causes bleeding after sex, I had the injection for a year and always bled after sex I’ve seen doctors and had all the tests they said in some people that’s just what the injection does, I’ve since changed contraception and the bleeding has stopped

  • Could be a polyp sounds exactly like my experience. Go to your gp when its open. I had to push to be seen by a specialist clinic they sorted me out and did swabs too x
