Could you please post this. Sorry it’s a long post. I have been on esa for a bit now as I suffer depression and anxiety and I didn’t attend a medical which I told Dwp that I couldn’t face going into a big city when I live in a tiny town because of my mental health so they sent me a new appointment for an assessment and again told them the same and was told that I would have someone ring me to tell me what I needed to do regarding doctors notes etc.. few months on anyway I had an appeal because they stopped esa which they’ve now put me on the lower rate telling me it’s got to go back to court because they only did half of the appeal to put me back on full esa and back pay.. they told me this today ( today is the day they told me it would be sorted out ) the whole time I’ve been misinformed and told everything under the sun by them and was wondering if anyone else had been threw this and what happened? Struggling so bad with stress from it for 7 months and I just wanna be stress free to focus on my son. Thank you
