What would the social have control over of they got parental rights my lb still stays in my care but they will have right to it hasn’t got that far yet the way it’s looking it might not even go that far just asking to see if anyone knows what will they do x

Could you comment on my post please
I went to court in April and the social decided to stop with the po the judge agreed and said to put me on a supervisions order and come back in July the conditions are not to contact my ex partner in any way which I’m sticking to so hopefully everything will go to plan and they won’t get it it’s just if they do they said my lb will be in my care they will just have some kind of rights over him I just want to know what they do Ino they could remove him if someone reported things like it’s just what else can they do?x

They said because how far it’s gone that I wouldn’t be able to sign him over to my family x
If they get parental rights or even shared rights they can remove your child and place in foster care until the last court hearing which normally takes 26 weeks if you need any more info feel free to contact me x
