Could you post privately please? I have received a letter from DWP stating I have to have a local customer compliance telephone interview in the next couple of weeks. The letter talks about having bank statements etc ready. The only benefits I receive are ctc and cb and council tax exemption as I am a full time student. I recently ended my claim for housing benefit as I started working and have not been on income support since 2015. Has anyone had anything similar? I live alone with my daughter but my partner stays occasionally yet lives elsewhere. Is this routine or have I been reported for something ? 😂 i don’t even receive any dwp benefits as hmrc deal with tax credits and child benefit?
