please can I have a post.

On Friday I had a termination which was for medical reasons.

I feel just awful, I can not deal with the fact I have actually done it. It’s the 1st time I have ever had to do anything like this.

This afternoon I have had horrific tummy pains and started bleeding heavily.

Is this normal, and does this feel or gilt ever go.
