First I been in a domestic abuse relationship, now my ex partner just want to take our baby living with him, he took me to court, and I will have another one on the 16 , his declarations are horrible against me, I was in shock, just lies and the most disgusting is that he invented that the baby are in risk of harm, also that I’m not good mum, i have proof of dr, health visitor etc that never the baby have any problem, also accusing me that I’m not normal that I have mental problems, also I have a letter from gp that confirmed that I don’t have any health problems, is the only proof to take next time to court, but I’m quite worry that I lose my baby, he has a good barrister I don’t have anyone at the moment still looking for a solicitor and the answer if I can have legal aid, any advice pls, thanks
