First time mum, not really sure what’s happening to my body. But I’m 37wks and 2days. And I was in the shower and I felt something fall out of my vagina can anyone tell me what it is and what I should do next?

Ring ur midwife or docters if your not sure and tell them about it just be on safe side . I’ve never experienced it
