Has anyone experienced tendon inflammatory in there thumb after birth due to picking up their baby all the time, mines is agony but cant find the time to see a doctor, is there anything I can do to help it myself? Tia

Yes I had this! Ice and heat one after another, over and over again. You need to increase the blood supply around the tendon to help it heal x
I use ibuprofen gel.
