My daughter and nephew were at an event today my sister had bought my nephew some chicken nuggets from the local takeaway shop and when I got home from the event my daughter had decided to play on the front for a little bit she came in to tell me she was pooing herself she’s fully potty trained so she was just wearing knickers anyways I stripped her down and sorry for the gross info but it was sloppy and orange coloured I didnt know why so I told my sister to keep an eye on her son and now she has just told me he’s woken up and has done the same thing poo’ed himself and its sloppy I don’t know what to do? She hadn’t eaten anything else but chips and a few sweet treats. Is it food posioning and should I report it?? Thank you.
