As anyone or does anyone know if you can get a childs fathers parental responsibility taken away from him.
Long story short the children have not seen thier dad for 18 months none of them want to see him and there is a 10+ year history of DV, he broke in and i woke up to him in my bedroom a few nights ago he was very drunk and refused to leave eventually he got charged with stalking.
