Hello can I have a ppp:)
Hi all.
I’m 26 weeks now with twins and petrified incase I have to have a section, I had a natural birth with my 1st and whole pregnancy/birth was brilliant.
I’m just seeing what everyone else’s experiences were like with a section, do you have to have the epidural or is there other options? Also I’m petrified if I have to push 2 out! I know it will be worth it in the end but so scared.

I’ve got twins. I had a c-section as one was breech. They will discuss all your options with you. You can have them naturally but there can be risks. You are better speaking to the consultant and seeing what they think. All depends on the pregnancy and how they are laying. Good luck with everything. There are some great twins advice groups around too.
I got to 35wks exactly & my twins were delivered by emergency section. Spinal went in & they were both out within 5 minutes. The thought of your options are a lot scarier than the reality once it actually happens.
You can have a general if you’re really nervous about the section but you recover a lot faster from a spinal and honestly once it’s in you don’t feel a thing I’ve had 2 now lol x
