Hello, can I have a private post please. I have got anxiety and my son is at a party today, it is on for 2 hours and I have just had a panic attack, I feel awful he can’t miss out because I don’t like going to things like this where I don’t know people, what do I do for 2 hours? I have never spoken to any of them, my son doesn’t even like joining in with party games I am suprised he wants to go to be honest. Im scared of going like this and everyone asking me if I’m OK, I just need to be left alone 😭
