Hello! Can i have a private post please?

I need help with a suprise!.. Myself and my partner have spoke about changing our daughters surname legally to his.. (not biological dad but been there since i was 16 weeks pregnant, shes 2 now, long story with the other one he doesnt want to know)..
So anyway, ive just changed her name.. its his birthday soon so want to do something nice and suprise him with the legal documents, any ideas on how to do it?? Im so so excited to see his face! We have wanted this for a long time now but never had the money spare to do it😂
