Hello can i please get private post?

So it is a bit long but i will try make it quick. Me and my OH have a daughter together, but the feelings aren’t there really anymore i really dont know what to do as soon as we fight he threatens me by saying if i leave him he will kill himself or will take me to court and take my daughter away from me.. so obviously im scared.. but even if we did break up i would let him see her as much as he wants. So if he did take me to court would he actually get her custody??
We also live in a council flat so im 100% sure he wouldn’t move out. Ladies what would you do?
