Hello could I get a pp please?

I’m looking for abit of advice really

My son is 3 (4 in September) and when we are out in public he’s like the devil! He doesn’t listen screams punches pinches scratches kicks tries to bite head buts
You name it he tries to do it.
There is nothing that triggers it other than being out
And it’s not just me he does it to he does it to his nana and grandad too and has tried to do it to strangers (I’ve grabbed him just before he has done anything and apologised)
I literally don’t know what to do /: I don’t take him to town any more as it’s just do upsetting to see him like that and have him hurt me and I only take him food shopping if I have to because I’ve got no one to have him whilst I go /:

He’s never like it at home, at home I get shouting and door slamming but never anything to hurt me /:

It probably doesn’t make much sense

Does anyone have any advice or anything ?

I’ve asked my mum and all I get is it’s just a faze he’ll grow out of it /:
Which is not very helpful at all
