Hello could I have a post please

I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant, 22 weeks on Wednesday. I’m just wondering if I could get some advice. I don’t feel my lo move at all he may do one or two little kicks a day if that. Both his scans were fine but my question is how do I know my lo is okay if I don’t feel him move? My midwife doesn’t check his heart or anything and doesn’t ask if I’ve felt him move. What do I do as I do worry 😞 x
