Hello, could I have a private post please and I’ll send a picture to also attach in the comments if that’s okay. My little boy has got these spots on his arms/legs, no where else. They’ve been there for about 2 maybe 3 days now. I took him to the doctors as I was worried it was chicken pox and all the nurse said was ‘I’m not sure what it could be but you’ll just have to wait and see if it comes out more’ 🤔🤔. But I’ve googled it and they do look similar as they’re raised red lumps and look like little blisters. He’s only got about 8-10 spots all together, he’s fine in himself and they don’t seem to be bothering him. Thank you

If only a few then they could be the same as my son gets. He’s almost 5 and has randomly got these quite often. No answer to it but they don’t seem to bother him & he says they don’t itch. If your son is fine in himself then try not to worry but obviously back to docs if he becomes poorly or they spread.
Get some calamine lotion & calpol ready just in case its chicken pox (NOT infant Neurofen / Ibuprofen) xx
No advice sorry but my lg has the same thing, her spots came out on Monday and I took her docs and they said same as what you said, more have come out on her today, she has them all over her but there not bothering her xx
could be heat spots or milk spots
