Hello could I have a private post please

I don’t know if anybody could help or have been through simular but I’m now 2 days late but still no sign of my period and keep getting negative tests .. I had what I think was implantation bleeding about 8 days ago but recently I have been getting very water discharge (sorry for tmi)
