Hello everyone… private please.

I have read many posts on here regarding partners watching porn when alone. I have yet again found it on my husbands device and although I’ve been told numerous times that “it’s normal, Better that than another woman” replies, I’m after some reassurance that it is no reflection on me. What he cannot understand is when I find it (I don’t go looking, it’s by chance) it makes me feel very worthless and my self esteem goes through the floor which then kills my desire to have sex with him, which then results him having to use more porn. I feel it’s like a viscous circle and I’ve tried to tell myself for years that it’s not comparable to me, it’s not the women he’s looking at, he doesn’t prefer it etc… but I can’t help my feelings and I can’t control those thoughts than then snowball. He knows it’s an issue I have, we have had countless rows about it but still he uses it and doesn’t try to reassure me. I want honest opinions or ways to stop thinking and feeling this way as it is ruining our sexual relationship. I don’t want statements that I have already mentioned I’m after any ways to deal with MY ISSUE and any responses from men who use it and have partners etc, ways to make me understand why? Thanks x
