Hello private post please

Im really worried about my little boy hes 2 next week and since june we have been back and fourth to the doctors every 3 weeks with either an ear infection or a throat infection we get giving anti biotics and told paracetamol ibuprofen and take the anti biotics poor toot doesnt seem to get a break, but this last ear infection he had it week before xmas and during xmas so last wednesday he still wasnt perking up so took him to the doctors again and explained that the anti biotics were finished and i felt as his mum he needed more as he was still tugging his ears hitting his head etc to which the dr checked him and told me they were red but the infection was pretty much gone so we left and i still felt like i was right and that he needed something more so thursday night came didnt bath my son as he seemed unsettled put him to bed 2 hrs later he was histerically screaming and this went on for an hour or so until i managed to calm him down and then the same throughout friday thought it was his teeth as he has back teeth cutting until he started punching himself and hitting his head off the floor so i managed to get him zcalmed him down and checked him over to discover a yellow/brownish liquid coming from his ear so i put him in the car straight to casualty to be put to a different hospital for the dr to check him over and tell me his ear drum had burst, i felt terrible knowing i was at our local doctors 2 days prior telling them i felt he needed more anti biotics, so since then hes been better but today again hes tugging his ears and not really as active as he usually is and has went completly off his food for 2 days now! I asked to be referred to ear nose and throat and was told no unless its affecting his speech and balance then its not a cause for concern! But me as a parent as his mum i am concerned!

what would other mums do in this situation? (First time mum aswell)
