TMI ALERT…

I am 7 weeks pregnant. I went to the Hospital last night as i started bleeding, my HCG levels are still rising as they should BUT nothing was visible on my ultra sound, no sac nothing ( my Gyno stated this can be normal as I have a reversed uterous and this can sometimes be normal ) I am on 48 hour observation including bloods ect BUT tonight when I hopped in the shower I passed this ( see picture ) I have had no pain at all, since passing this ‘mass’ I have pretty much stopped bleeding to. Does this look like a miscarriage or a blood clot?

*yes I will save and take to Drs tomorrow*
