Help please!!

My 3 year old was doing really well with her potty training through the day. Weeing in the toilet and all sorts. Now suddenly she keeps weeing herself 😔 she has gone backwards and I’m so sad by this as she’ll be starting nursery in January and she’ll be the only one in nappies there if it’s not progressed again by then and worried we’ll get judged as parents.

I’ve tried doing the sticker chart and rewards all over again but it’s not helping. She’ll be watching her favourite programmes on tv and we all over he sofa or playing with her cousins and she’ll have an accident. I keep asking her and reminding her to go the toilet but it’s not helping. Also she smiles at me when I say “have you weed yourself?” How should I react to this when she does? Obviously I don’t like shouting at her and don’t want to do this but it can be so frustrating as she was doing so well 😞 TIA x
