Hey can i get a private post please,

So i rang 111 because the doctors told me i couldnt get an appointment today and they managed to get hold of my gp to get me an emergency appointment which is at 5 but im just wondering if anyone can or has been through this and can give me some advice, so i have a child that is 19 months old, and this time last year i had a miscarriage and this time this year ive just gone through another one, basically the test i had to do 3 weeks after came back positive so i had to go back in for an internal scan and they said all the remains had gone and that it was my hormones that shown the positive pregnancy test, so in the night last night i was woken with really bad pains! I stood up and they was getting worse, i took some painkillers thinking it may just be very strong period pains but i literally can not sit down now, this may be abit to much info but my ‘flower’ feels as though its open and my body keeps pushing yet i can feel something in my ‘flower’ … honestly the pain is horrendous, has anyone ever had this before or can give some advice on what it may be😭😭😭 codeine isnt taking the pain away and like i said im awaiting my doctors appointment x
