Hey can I have a pp please.

I split up with my children dad over a month ago.. he was control and abusive and I’d fallen out of love with him because of that. He refused to take his name of the tenancy but I’ve informed my HA he doesn’t live here anymore.

I changed my tax credits from a joint to single claim and I’m wondering if anyone else experience the issue I have. So I had to send all my child care contract and invoices off. I checked online and it said I would qualify as I only earn 20,000 a year and pay 295 a week 400 during holidays to the child minder a month. I checked tax credits online and it states I don’t get tax credits.. I rang them Wednesday they said it’s awarded but waiting payment dates and amounts. Thursday the same. Today I rang and he said they inputted the yearly income wrong and he would correct it but I have to call back Tuesday! I had to take a loan out to pay the Childminder for the last 6 weeks and I don’t know if or when ill get my tax credits.

Any advice ? Xx
