Hey can I have a ppp?
Does anyone have experience with either ovarian cancer or cervical cancer? I ask because my mum (whom I’ve not spoken to in three years) contacted me to say that she found her natural birth mother and siblings, she’s adopted. She basically got told the family history that her great grandmother, mother and her mother’s sister all died of ovarian or cervical cancer between the ages of 29/54. She also has a sibling who has been diagnosed and is undergoing treatment. My mum has had tests and she is in the clear for now. But what does this mean? Am I at great risk or getting this? I’m totally freaked out and not sure what to think. I of course am booking in with the doctors tomorrow morning as I want to be checked asap. If you have any advice or info or websites I can look on all is appreciated. Thanks in advance x
