Hey can I have a PPP?

I’ve found out I’m pregnant, im about 5 weeks.. However I’m getting period pains is this normal? I’ve had these pains most the day & I’m quite worried because I have pcos. I already have a 2 year old but I don’t remember having these pains when I was pregnant with my son but then again I didnt know I was pregnant with him until I was 13 weeks. Thanks x
